Both passengers will need to be booked in same cabin if they booked on a single PNR. Otherwise they will need to split it. If 2 seats open up you should be able to but each person will need to have enough points from their own accounts to pay the mileage difference for their ticket. You cant for example take 80% from yours and 20% from hers.
