Call in. They have the ability to get you both on the same PNR and pull miles for your seat from your account and her seat from her account. That way at least EK knows you are traveling together.
Thanks guys! Was able to call in and book the seats for the both of us. Would it be possible to upgrade using 25K miles later if seats in first open up?
