Of course this isn't just O/D traffic, there will always be beyond traffic on both ends.

SQ currently doesn't operate nonstop as they don't have an aircraft with the capabilities to operate the route. That will change in 2018.

UA seems to think they can make something work with SFO-SIN starting in June. Whether something from YVR could work is a separate question.
