The one thing I can say for sure is the airbag seat belts appear dirtier.

They are usually caked in a visible layer of brown filth. The regular seats belts are probably in fact just as dirty but don't show it as easily.

The plus is the leatherette on those airbag belts can be reasonably effectively cleaned with a Lysol wipe, unlike the webbing style.
