Is there something similar on QR?

I want to acknowledge a specific crew member on my DOH-JNB flight who was excellent. In the end it was a handshake when deplaning and a "thank you".
The only way to do it, is by emailing QR - [email protected]

I have done this twice, for two separate members of crew, and QR usually acknowledge the email.

While I have only seen one of the two crewmembers since, he did advise me that he had been commended on his service to 'a passenger'.

Safe travels,

M
