Once while flying from europe to south east asia with QR, on the first segment the cabin crew did not have my special meal. I showed them my ticket with the statement showing my special meal selection. But I told them I could take the standard meal anyway. The cabin crew was apologetic and then took down the information of my second segment as I had to change flight in Doha. I expressed my doubt in how they could prepare the special meal so quickly within a few hours and told them that it would be ok if I would also get standard meal on next segment as it was short connection. And then while boarding the next flight in Doha, the staff at gate scanned my boarding pass, tore it, printed a new one, smiled and said to me that I was upgraded to business class.
Flew QR SIN-DOH-PHL in 2014. Paid J. My IFE screen on the SIN-DOH flight did not work. The crew said something about reporting the incident. Yet to see anything from the airline.
