Annoyingly all these new code shares are missing from the OneWorld interactive map.
As well as Cardiff (CWL) and Leeds Bradford (LBA) I also missed Liverpool John Lennon (LPL), Glasgow(GLA), Manchester (MAN), Newquay (NQY), Bristol (BRL), Edinburgh (EDI), Aberdeen (ABZ) and Newcastle (NCL) (but I think they had already been announced on FT). All code shares with EIR.
Birmingham (BHX) and the London airports also have code shares but on EI mainline.
Hand baggage allowance on EI regional is quite a lot less than BA with a maximum weight of 7kg
