Here's the TfL spider map showing the 423. Is stop J (Harlington Corner) or M (Hatton Road North) the easier one from the Ibis? [Edit: Google Maps says both 5 mins on foot - stick with Harlington Corner as it's in sight on the Bath Road.]
Definitely Harlington Corner. The 105/111/285/N9 do not pass through Hatton Road North - that's only really useful for bus routes to T4 (iirc) and Hatton Cross Station (going in the opposite direction, clearly).
