They're the same as the old cabin, except the rear bulkhead wall has been moved forward and the coat hangers removed.

The few that haven't been redone yet (but are in the process) are some of the AVOD 737s still in the old (150 seat) configuration.

Edit: I checked your other post in the UA forum and see you're probably referring the articulating seats. Yes, all 737s have articulating seats. (Though the verdict is still out on whether these seats are better or worse than the previous one.)

Also, keep in mind that you'll have less room to stretch your legs if seated in the bulkhead.
