On a through ticket: No particular risk at all. Well within standard connecting time at CPH. If the plane from OSL is late, they might hold the AC AC (sorry, irresistible!), especially if several PAX are connecting. If the delay is too large, you will be rebooked, probably via FRA or LHR.

As for luggage, CPH has managed to get my luggage transferred to the connecting flight even when a delay has reduced my connecting time to less than 25 minutes!

You won't get any lounge time in CPH, but that would be no great loss.

Ed. The flight from OSL to CPH is not an AC flight, it is a SK flight with AC codeshare. You might check whether you instead could fly on an earlier SK flight. There usually is one 45 minutes earlier (Dep OSL 09.15 instead of 10.00, arr. CPH. 10.25 instead of 11.10)
