While this is a Delta forum (of sorts) I understand that Delta provides its
employees it's own forum - I think it is called DeltaNet or something like
that with access to flights and reduced rate travel.
The friends and family traveling on passes should use that venue and the
employee sponsor should not just abandon his recipients to asking ???s
on other forums such as this. The revenue side of the travel equation has
enough quirks as it is and to answer employee standby questions here is
nuts. After all the employee non-revs board well after the revenue elite
clientel - well unless sheena throws a curve. LOL !
It is nice that Delta like other airlines allows their employees travel
opportunities but these become conflicting competing issues between forums !
