I didn't have any noise issues but you're right about the tiles and luggage/carts.
Yes the 3 buildings are confusing if you don't know but they offered to take you to your room and you declined, right?
The "restaurant" just from looking seemed like a sad state of affairs. Was not all tempted to use it, so many good breakfast spots in PS.
