Having to stay in both hotels in KL and I frequent there quite a fair bit, I prefer the RC KL. Lesser crowds, new rooms fully furnish and they look amazing. Apart from that, the beds are rather similar. Breakfast wise I prefer to head to the Ritz rather than JW.
