This may be better suited to the Star forum but I am posting it here for more exposer.

We seem to have most of the continents covered in the Star Alliance, for example:

Europe- OS,LH,LO
Americas- AC,UA,MX,
Oceania- NZ
Asia- OZ,TG,SQ,NH

But we don't have Africa. Why not? It is an important continent for travel. What about SA joining? That would give *A a real worldwide Aliance.
