I am not looking for a gourmet meal as stated above. But, I'd much rather have something simple and tasty, and that often means I'll take a simple schnitzel on the ground over something fancy-sounding onboard. When I got a simple, fresh salad, soup and steak sandwich flying QF F, I couldn't have been happier.

JL F has had the best food in the skies, but I do like Japanese food (they also served a perfect medium rare Wagyu steak onboard.)

LH F is one where I have decided to skip the meals, preferring to eat in the lounge. The fresh egg dish is quite good, when it is offered.

My last experiences on SQ and CX were pretty bad. Food in CX J was outright disgusting (same with the food in the lounge), and onboard catering in SQ F was pretty bad, but the lounge food was very decent.
