Easy. There's no security for this transfer, the "terminals" are connected by an airside shopping mall, with a 10 minute walk from one set of gates to the other. The star alliance lounge complex is at the base of C-pier, where the long-hauls go from, as is the outgoing immigration check (there will be none coming in from OSL). Baggage would be checked through.

Your only risk is the inbound flight being late.
