I have a flight in a few weeks, AAward ticket on EY, and we can't select seats, we can't book the chauffeur ..... but EY via their Facebook page, says everything is in order, they even gave me the AA001 ticket number when asked. Advised me to call 72 hours prior to get seats allocated. Interesting next four weeks ahead.
