OK, we've all seen the threads on seat reclining, which generally quickly devolve into vitriol and macho posturing. What I would like to do here, is leave this thread solely for FA's from all airlines to answer and give their thoughts on this question:

Do passengers have the right to use the recline button on their seats?

For pax that feel the need to address the issue (which has been covered ad nauseum) please use one of the existing threads.
