Can't say anything about the Clarence or the Morrison.
As for the other three:
The Westbury in very central, classy but IMHO a little dated.
The Merrion is the most luxurious of the three but it not quite so central - about a 10-15 minute walk from there to Temple Bar for instance.
The Westin is right in the middle of town has great staff and if you have any status with Starwood be sure to mention it at check-in!
