You won't get any suite using C+P alone but will also need DSU.
Book a standard room and apply the DSU if you have any of them. You'll get the Park suite. Food quality goes to PH. Service would be a wash.
Proximity to tourist destinations goes to GH since it's in central Seoul.
From a room hardware standpoint, PH Seoul is light years ahead of GH.
