I completely disagree. I fly out between 6-8am quite often and it's a mad house due to all the Caribbean flights leaving early AM. Security is a nightmare at that hour. This morning the PRECHECK line was backed up all the way to the Mosaic/Mint checkin. I would be there at least 90min prior.
On the flip side, I flew out of LGA last week on a 6:30am flight and I walked in, got my boarding pass, was through security and at the gate within 10 minutes. I am PreCheck but the regular line was empty too.
Yeah I've taken flights out of JFK but with AA since I prefer them usually and usually early in the morning but it has been years since I have flown ( 2008) and never flown with JetBlue. guess I will get there around 4 AM and hope for the best.
