I just checked out of GH Singapore. I can confirm that breakfast at Straits Kitchen is not included even if you have diamond status. What really annoyed me was that there was no mention of breakfast in the Grand Lounge during check in, nor when I entered Straits Kitchen. Last year when I had breakfast at SK, they would give me a bill and I'll sign for it with the room number, but I was never charged for it. This year, the same thing happened but during check out, they said I had to be charged for it. As I was in a rush to check out, I didn't have the time to query them about the changes.
