I think that perhaps OP was asking if (s)he can transfer miles from one program to another program (the title being "Mileage Transfer between United and ANA").

Short answer is no, not really. There are some obscure ways of doing that, but IMHO not worth of efforts/risks.

Then after reading the OP again, perhaps the question was about double dipping. Answer again is NO, you cannot claim the same flight in two/three programmes.
