The most remarkable thing about any Business or First Class meal is the fact that it's being served on a metal tube 35,000 feet in the air going 900 km/h or so.

The second best thing is just that everything tastes better when you're tired/stressed from long-haul travel.

Beyond that, it's just reheated food. Once the novelty wears off there's nothing to phone home about.
