Some time ago I booked a couple of flights to Paphos online with MYtravel, when I called to find out where to pick up the tickets at the airport they told me that the booking reference wasn't one of theirs and therefore I didn't have a reservation !. Utter bull they only sell their own flights on their website, they also told me they didn't have any seats left on the flights so I couldn't travel with them.
I booked a trip to DXB with FD miles through KLM instead, when I got back I had a bill from MYtravel for 2 tickets and they had charged my credit card.
Mytravel washed their hands of it and basically said tough I must have made a mistake. I called my credit card company and had a refund on that month's statement with a credit note from MYtravel arriving a couple of weeks later
