Some time ago I booked a couple of flights to Paphos online with MYtravel, when I called to find out where to pick up the tickets at the airport they told me that the booking reference wasn't one of theirs !. Utter bull they only sell their own flights on their website, they also told me they didn't have any seats left on the flights so I couldn't travel with them.
I booked a trip to DXB with FD miles through KLM instead, when I got back I had a bill from MYtravel for 2 tickets and they had charged my credit card.
Mytravel washed their hands of it and basically said tough I must have made a mistake. I called my credit card company and had a refund on that month's statement with a credit note from MYtravel arriving a couple of weeks later
