Soberlair is a former subsidiary of Sabena, and some would like to see the two companies merge. Perhaps Sobelair simply never updated their paint scheme?

According to reports in the Belgian press, Sobelair stated they had lost 3,000,000 so far with service to South Africa, in addition to 500,000 of ticket sales for future flights. This would seem to indicate they know refunds are due.

It's quite obvious (in my non legal opinion) that you are entitled to a refund. Your credit card company may well allow you to file a claim even if you are beyond the normal delays. I don't know, but would not expect, that they need to provide you with transport on another carrier in this case.
