Hello buraien0308,

and welcome to FT!

You don't need to register with ANA, you can just credit the flight to UA, or whichever your *A program of choice is (assuming of course the booking class is an earning one).
You can do the same for all *A members, again provided the ticket you buy is in an earning class for the program you choose to credit the flights to.
