The only meaningful upgrades I've ever gotten have been at the Cosmopolitan. But I have a feeling that is more due to the frequency of my stays and knowing the autograph lounge staff pretty well at this point.

I generally don't even *think* about upgrades when it comes to Marriott. This is an area where the new program needs to improve when they combine with Starwood.

I think the outright exclusion of suite upgrades at RC is ridiculous. If they aren't sold, what's they big deal about putting a Plat or a PP in there?
