Service, the Platinum card laps the Prestige and the Premier. I value and gladly pay for it.

What do you like so much about the Platinum service that other providers don't have? I've never been able to get anything out of their concierge, for example, that I couldn't have done on my own. In other words, whenever I couldn't get a reservation, neither could they? So what do you like about them so much?
