I don't think anyone has mentioned this yet. But when I fly UA transatlantic in coach (yes, it does happen sometimes!), I always get a bulkhead seat on the 777 with gobs of legroom.

Then, I take my rollaboard and set it sideways on the floor, flush against the bulkhead wall. Drape an extra blanket across the top and ba-da-bing!!!, instant legrest and flight comfort! My neighbor sometimes even gets the in the groove and shares it with me... no worries!
