My fiancee are planning a similar honeymoon in Europe for 2017. My suggestion is to figure out where you want to go first. Then you can decide the best way to get there and where to stay. We were looking at Rome, London, and Paris, but ended up deciding on London/Paris.
As a few people have noted the Hyatt card offers two free nights with their card. The coverage is limited in Europe depending on where you decide. Italy was not great. But London and Paris there were good. Hyatt rewards are also a little lower point wise than other programs. It is also a transfer partner of Ultimate Rewards.
Another option is the IHG card. My fiancee both signed up for one. The current offer is 80K, $50 credit, and a free night. The 80K and free night should be good for 2-3 nights at nice hotels. IHG coverage was also really good in Paris/London and decent in Italy.
Hilton has a bunch of cards available too. You can get 85K with the Amex Surpass, and 75K with the Citi Signature. You can net another 2 free nights with the Citi Reserve. Between those three you would be able to get 4-5 nights at nice hotels. Hilton has good coverage too.
Citi had two great cards with the Premier and Prestige which are both offering 50K in TY points. TY has another of transfer partners in BA, Air France, Singapore, and Hilton. Prestige is a nice card with lots of benefits like 4th night free, $250 airline credit, and $100 global entree credit but it is pricy at $450.
I would double up on any credit card applications between you and fiancee. If there is an auth user bonus be sure to take advantage of that. Good luck!
