^ I had this same issue about a month ago at a different property. I contacted the gold passport rep here and they had the situation fixed in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the rep here, and very disapointed with the phone reps. Inconsistency with customer service before the stay is really an Achillies heel for Hyatt.
