I just mean the single letter code like Y/B/M etc. The UA backend system should be able to auto-price an itinerary given a particular flight number and booking code. No guarantees it will work out, but that's about as helpful as you can be when feeding an agent a routing. If you are having issues but have a knowledgeable agent you can try feeding the whole fare basis, but I wouldn't start there.
