You can double check the plating rules using ITA, but you should be able to call UA and feed them the flight numbers and booking codes which should be what they need for their system to price the itinerary.
Good to know. To clarify, when you say "booking codes," are you referring to what appears at the bottom on ITA when you click on a fare?
