I prefer the club one myself.

The First one is soft, yes, but I don't like the flap-bits (are they ears?). They seem to dig into my eyes. Also because there's no elastic on the bit around the head it can slip off easier, i find.

All that being said, I think, with eye masks, it's all down to what you're used to.
