As an in frequent visitor (once to twice a year) since 2009, I have never felt that I've been ignored or had anything above or below the standard service being offered to anyone else in the room.
Service for me has always been at worst what I would consider OK, the staff have been relatively quick to offer me drinks, food etc upon arrival and top ups are offered as and when they pass my seat, when I have a low/ empty drink, which has certainly never seemed to be the above 30 minutes some folk on here so to have been unlucky enough to experience
I've never had to once wait for a top up, this is because if I want one and here are no staff and have been no staff around for a few minutes, I will simply use my legs and walk the at most 15 seconds to the bar and ask for one!
I agree. At times I've thought that the service is poor, but I never felt like it was a case of other people were getting service and I wasn't. It was always a case of there aren't any staff out visiting the balcony so I'll wander to the bar, although I feel like there really should be staff coming out to ask what we'd like to eat / drink.
