Back in 2014, they used to upgrade me into these rooms 80% of time. Since early 2015, I have not been given these rooms.
I shall mention that I once requested to be downgraded to normal room. It is possible the agent noted that I prefer not to be upgraded.
Good to know. I did not use a DSU for this room. I did however respond to a pre-stay email sent by the property with a request for additional space if available.
