Did KLM notify Flying Blue members about Silver benefit downgrade?
I was really disappointed to be informed at Schiphol that I would no longer be able to use the priority security queue for Schengen flights. The general queue in my recent experience has been a nightmare.
I just missed out on gold last year with 26 flights but felt assured that I would be able to retain Sky Priority benefits. Had I known about this change I would not have stayed loyal to KLM.
Did KLM formally notify FB members about this change? I'm sure the terms and conditions allow them to make whichever changes they choose but I can't help but feel that Silver members have been done over.
