I would say SIN-JFK is about the edge of the envelope. Roughly 9,000 nautical miles is about the longest possible nonstop flight and will continue to be so for a few years.
(I assume we're talking loaded commercial jets here - perhaps the Air Force has something that could do LIS-AKL - I don't know.)
