Seems like a complete waste of resources considering the transit time from Gate 44 to the TBIT bus gates at the far north end of TBIT itself is 10 to 20 minutes depending on plane traffic. Then add to that the long walk down the terminal and up to the lounge, easily a 30 minute adventure.
