It seems relatively clear from the video that is posted, but I just want to be absolutely sure in case something is blocked off. Is the connector two-way? So, if you have a flight departing from T7, could you clear security in the TBIT (or in T4), use the star alliance lounge, and then walk to T7 going the other direction in the new connector (and then using the tunnels)?
