Even if Hilton customer service on the phone won't give you an email address, check the hotel's page on the Hilton web site - they may have an email address listed. That was my experience recently with Hilton Xi'an. I didn't want to call the hotel because I was worried about language issues. I found the email address for the hotel on the Hilton site, sent an email and got a response back promptly.
