lets see:

Shampoo/conditioner from the room: Yes I paid for it; from the cart.. no unless i need it for a shower in the room that second

Lotion/mouthwash: No

Sewing Kits: Yes in the past.. keep on in the office, car, gym bag but once I have them I don't take any more unless I see a better one available at another hotel than what I already have

Lounge stuff: I'll take a soda/juice to my room so I don't have to go back up

towels: not usually but have on occasion when I was going to the gym on the way from the hotel to the airport.. needed something to shower with.. but I usually take them from the hotel gym so they are not missing from my hotel room

Bottled water in my room (complimentary stuff) yes...

Bottled water they charge for: NO.. but have been billed for it (after the fact) and had to fight to get it removed

plastic bags.. yeah if I have something I don't want to leak or dirty clothes; they are part of the room rate right

Airport lounge..if I forgot mine; newspapers thats all I can think of to read on the flight

Hotel Keys: here is my big one.. I have a collection of almost every kind from almost every hotel I've been at in the last six or seven years; I ask them at the desk to have one of each kind. I make collages of keys by hotel brand... I'll even go to hotels I'm not staying at in tourist cities or big cities and ask the desk for blank keys if they have the logo of the hotel or something special on them.
