Sigh.
1) I tell you how to contact a property.
2) I include a caveat about not bothering GMs over trivial things because
every time one of these threads pops up - and they do, all. the. time. - a dozen people pile on and say "
I don't think that's worth emailing the GM over, why are you telling him how to get the GM's address, bluh bluh bluh". So I put that in to circumvent said posts.
3) Someone attacks me, if I'm reading their post right, for suggesting that there is such a thing as something too trivial to bother a GM over, because a GM that cannot be bothered over any little thing is not "deserving of their patronage".
4) I explain my rationale for doing item #2 above, being that yes, there is such a thing as too trivial a request - making it
clear that we don't know what your request is, and in fact saying "I can't have an opinion here"
precisely because I don't know what your request is and don't want to assume anything about it, then giving an example, for the sake of the argument at hand - no longer concerning your specific request now, but rather the new argument asserted in point #3 - of too trivial a request.
5) You attack me anyhow, accusing me of making exactly the sort of assumptions that I went out of my way not to make, and to make clear I was not making (see point #4).
Really can't win around here.
