Stayed here March last year and received an upgrade to a St Regis suite as a P25 (so without using SNA). Very impressive hardware, and the service was generally good.
Checked in earlier tonight, upgraded to a St Regis suite again (but with SNA this time, which cleared within 30 min of request). Suites very popular tonight so only the top two suites in the hotel remained available - good thing I applied the SNA!
