Mine arrived yesterday as well.
If you look at the back of the card that has your Plat creds, you'll see "Looking for your drink coupons?" and the directions to access the app. There are 4 drink cards loaded into the My Wallet section.

Has anyone used this yet? How are these accessed on a CRJ without internet access?
