Those are the worst seats on the UD. They are right next to the lav and the retractable wire screen between the cabin and the cockpit. There are no "pros" to those seats.

That is of course your privilege. But I guess different things are important to different folks. Being next to the lavs has not been a problem for me in the past. I suppose it all depends on where the priorities are.
I do agree they are the worst seats on the UD. That still beats LD for me
