The 787 is terrible in Y. Any operator that has 3-3-3 (ie all of them except JAL longhaul, <3 you JAL) will lose my business if they operate that hateful product on a sector I want/need to fly.

I'm curious how BA is widening the seats without shrinking the already too small aisle or the arm rests?
