I am going out to visit a friend who lives in BC. We are thinking of staying at the Jasper Fairmont. There is a special rate for BC residents, which he is, but I am not. I am a Fairmont Premier President's Club member. Is it possible for me to book a room at the BC rate and use a room or suite upgrade and pay for it myself provided he shows proof of his BC residency at check in?
